Šie Konkrētas valsts noteikumi papildina FoxiFood Pakalpojuma lietošanas noteikumus, Privātuma politiku un citus globālos juridiskos dokumentus restorānu partneriem (Lietotājiem) un gala klientiem, kas veic uzņēmējdarbību Latvija. Ja rodas pretruna, šie Konkrētas valsts noteikumi ir noteicošie Lietotājiem Latvija.
1. Platformas operators
FoxiFood platforma visā pasaulē pieder un to darbina Elite Digital Services, LLC — Amerikas Savienotajās Valstīs reģistrēts uzņēmums, kura juridiskā adrese ir 1111B S Governors Ave #21653, Dover, DE 19904, USA. Pakalpojuma sniedzējs sniedz Pakalpojumu vienīgi domēnos foxifood.com un foxi.food.
Citus domēnus vai platformas vietējās vai nacionālās versijas var pārvaldīt atsevišķas juridiskas personas saskaņā ar atsevišķu licences līgumu par preču zīmes FOXIFOOD lietošanu; šādas personas darbojas savā vārdā un uz savu atbildību un nav Līguma starp Pakalpojuma sniedzēju un Lietotāju puses.
2. Reģistrācija un pieejamība
Restorāni un pārtikas uzņēmumi, kas veic uzņēmējdarbību Latvija, var reģistrēties un izmantot Pakalpojumu. Pakalpojumu no Amerikas Savienotajām Valstīm sniedz kā mitinātu programmatūru pakalpojuma veidā; Pakalpojuma sniedzējam nav filiāles vai pārstāvniecības Latvija.
3. Piemērojamie tiesību akti un strīdi
Līgumu reglamentē Delaware pavalsts, ASV, tiesību akti, un strīdi ir pakļauti Delaware pavalsts tiesu jurisdikcijai, kā noteikts Pakalpojuma lietošanas noteikumu 19. sadaļā. Nekas Līgumā neatņem Lietotājam — vai attiecīgā gadījumā patērētājam — aizsardzību, ko sniedz tie Latvija tiesību aktu noteikumi, no kuriem nevar atkāpties ar līgumu.
Tā kā Latvija pieder Eiropas Savienībai / Eiropas Ekonomikas zonai, strīdus alternatīvi var vērst Budas Centrālajā apgabaltiesā (Budai Központi Kerületi Bíróság), Budapeštā, Ungārijā, kā noteikts Pakalpojuma lietošanas noteikumu 19.4. sadaļā.
4. Nodokļi
Visas cenas ir neto cenas, neietverot VAT (PVN) un jebkādus citus piemērojamus nodokļus. Pakalpojuma sniedzējs ir Amerikas Savienoto Valstu uzņēmums; Lietotājs ir atbildīgs par VAT (PVN) un jebkuru citu Latvija piemērojamo nodokļu pašnovērtēšanu un deklarēšanu, tostarp saskaņā ar jebkuriem apgrieztās maksāšanas vai importēto pakalpojumu noteikumiem, kas attiecas uz pakalpojumiem, kuri iegādāti no ārvalstu piegādātāja.
5. Datu aizsardzība
Personas dati tiek apstrādāti saskaņā ar mūsu globālo Privātuma politiku un Datu apstrādes līgumu. Lietotājiem un gala klientiem Latvija piemērojamais datu aizsardzības regulējums ietver Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Processing Law. Lietotājs paliek sava gala klientu pasūtījumu datu pārzinis un ir atbildīgs par atbilstību Latvija piemērojamajiem datu aizsardzības pienākumiem.
ES/EEZ atbilstības sistēma — tostarp saskaņā ar VDAR 27. pantu iecelts ES pārstāvis un kompetentās uzraudzības iestādes — ir aprakstīta VDAR lapā mūsu tīmekļa vietnes sadaļā „Juridiskā informācija“.
6. Patērētāji
Ja Latvija obligātie patērētāju aizsardzības noteikumi attiecas uz gala klienta veikto FOXI ID vai restorāna pasūtīšanas vietnes izmantošanu, nekas FoxiFood juridiskajos dokumentos neierobežo nekādas tiesības, ko piešķir šie noteikumi un no kurām nevar atteikties ar līgumu.
7. Valoda
Šie Konkrētas valsts noteikumi ir sniegti latviešu valodā. Visu FoxiFood juridisko dokumentu angļu valodas versija paliek autentiska versija; ja rodas neatbilstība starp tulkojumu un angļu valodas versiju, noteicošā ir angļu valodas versija.

These Country-Specific Terms supplement the FoxiFood Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the other global legal documents for restaurant partners (Users) and end customers based in Latvia. In the event of a conflict, these Country-Specific Terms prevail for Users in Latvia.
1. Platform Operator
The FoxiFood platform is owned and operated worldwide by Elite Digital Services, LLC, a company incorporated in the United States with its registered office at 1111B S Governors Ave #21653, Dover, DE 19904, USA. The Provider operates the Service exclusively at the domains foxifood.com and foxi.food.
Other domains or local or national versions of the platform may be operated by separate legal entities under a separate license agreement for the use of the FOXIFOOD trademark; such entities act in their own name and at their own responsibility and are not a party to the Agreement between the Provider and the User.
2. Registration and Availability
Restaurants and food businesses established in Latvia may register for and use the Service. The Service is provided from the United States on a hosted software-as-a-service basis; the Provider does not maintain a branch or establishment in Latvia.
3. Governing Law and Disputes
The Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware, as set out in Section 19 of the Terms of Service. Nothing in the Agreement deprives the User — or, where applicable, a consumer — of the protection of those provisions of the law of Latvia that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
Because Latvia belongs to the European Union / European Economic Area, disputes may alternatively be brought before the Buda Central District Court (Budai Központi Kerületi Bíróság), Budapest, Hungary, as set out in Section 19.4 of the Terms of Service.
4. Taxes
All prices are net prices exclusive of VAT (PVN) and any other applicable taxes. The Provider is a United States company; the User is responsible for self-assessing and reporting VAT (PVN) and any other taxes applicable in Latvia, including under any reverse-charge or imported-services rules that apply to services purchased from a foreign supplier.
5. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our global Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. For Users and end customers in Latvia, the applicable data protection framework includes Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Processing Law. The User remains the data controller for its end customers' order data and is responsible for compliance with the data protection obligations applicable in Latvia.

6. Consumers
Where the mandatory consumer protection rules of Latvia apply to an end customer's use of FOXI ID or of a restaurant's ordering website, nothing in the FoxiFood legal documents limits any rights granted by those rules that cannot be waived by agreement.
7. Language
These Country-Specific Terms are provided in Latvian. The English version of all FoxiFood legal documents remains the authoritative version; in the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the English version, the English version prevails.
