FOXI ID Terms of Use

These FOXI ID Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your use of the FOXI ID customer account system when placing orders through restaurant ordering websites powered by the FoxiFood platform. By creating a FOXI ID account, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to you as an end customer (individual placing food orders). They are separate from the Terms of Service between FoxiFood and the restaurant partner. Each restaurant may have its own terms and conditions displayed on its ordering website, which govern your order with that restaurant.
1. Ano ang FOXI ID
FOXI ID is a shared customer identity system operated by Elite Digital Services, LLC ('we', 'us', 'the Provider') as part of the FoxiFood restaurant ordering platform. It allows you to:
- create a single account with one set of login credentials (email and password);
- use that account to log in and place orders at any restaurant whose ordering website is powered by FoxiFood;
- have your contact details (name, email, phone number, delivery address) pre-filled when ordering at participating restaurants, so you do not need to enter them each time.
FOXI ID is a technical infrastructure component of the FoxiFood platform. It is not a standalone service, app, or marketplace. You interact with FOXI ID through the restaurant's ordering website.
2. Ang iyong relasyon
Kapag gumagamit ka ng FOXI ID, may dalawang magkahiwalay na relasyon:
- Sa restaurant — each order you place is a direct transaction between you and the restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for fulfilling your order, food safety, pricing, and its own terms and conditions. The restaurant is also the data controller for your order data (what you ordered, order history, preferences).
- Sa FoxiFood (ang Provider) — we provide the technical infrastructure that powers the ordering website and the FOXI ID account system. We are the data controller for your FOXI ID account data (login credentials, authentication, contact information used for pre-filling). We do not sell food, deliver orders, or act as an intermediary in your transactions with restaurants.
3. Pagpaparehistro ng account
To create a FOXI ID account, you must provide a valid email address and create a password. You may also provide your name, phone number, and delivery address to enable pre-filling.

A FOXI ID account must be associated with at least one restaurant where you have placed an order or initiated registration. We may deactivate accounts that are not associated with any restaurant activity.
4. Paano Gumagana ang Data Sharing
Kapag nag-log in ka gamit ang iyong FOXI ID sa ordering website ng restaurant:
- your contact details (name, email, phone number, delivery address) are pre-filled in the order form for your convenience;
- the restaurant receives this contact data only for the purpose of fulfilling your order;
- your order history, preferences, and payment information at other restaurants are NOT shared — each restaurant can only see orders placed through its own website.
4.1. Pag-opt Out sa Cross-Restaurant Pre-Filling
You may opt out of cross-restaurant contact data pre-filling at any time through your FOXI ID account settings. If you opt out:
- your contact details will only be pre-filled at restaurants where you have previously placed an order;
- at other restaurants, you will need to enter your contact details manually;
- your FOXI ID login will continue to work across all restaurants on the platform — only the automatic pre-filling of contact data at new restaurants is affected.
5. Availability at Pagpapakita ng mga Tuntunin na Ito
These Terms, together with the FOXI ID Privacy Notice, are always accessible:
- on each restaurant's ordering website — in the footer or during the registration/login process;

Each restaurant is required by its agreement with FoxiFood to make these FOXI ID Terms and the FOXI ID Privacy Notice accessible on its ordering website.
6. Pagbubura ng Account
Maaari kang humiling ng pagbubura ng iyong FOXI ID account anumang oras sa pamamagitan ng:
- paggamit ng account deletion option sa iyong FOXI ID account settings; o
- makipag-ugnayan sa amin sa support@foxi.food.
Kapag binura mo ang iyong FOXI ID account:
- your login credentials, authentication data, and shared contact information are deleted within 30 days;
- you will no longer be able to log in at any restaurant on the platform using this account;
- order history at individual restaurants is retained or deleted by the respective restaurant in accordance with its own data retention policy — FoxiFood cannot delete data controlled by the restaurant.
Inactive accounts (no login for 36 months) are automatically scheduled for deletion with 30 days' prior notice sent to the registered email address.
7. Mga Paghihigpit
Sumasang-ayon ka na hindi:
- create multiple accounts using different email addresses for the purpose of circumventing restrictions;
- use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the ordering system;
- attempt to access accounts of other customers or data of other restaurants;
- gagamitin ang FOXI ID para sa anumang labag sa batas na layunin.
8. Limitasyon ng Pananagutan
FOXI ID is provided 'as is' as part of the restaurant ordering infrastructure. The Provider:
- is not responsible for the quality, safety, pricing, or availability of food or services offered by restaurants;
- hindi partido sa mga transaksyon sa pagitan mo at ng restaurant;
- hindi ginagarantiya ang walang patid na availability ng FOXI ID system;
- is not liable for damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.
For complaints about your order, contact the restaurant directly. For issues with your FOXI ID account, contact us at support@foxi.food.
9. Mga Pagbabago sa mga Tuntunin na ito
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address registered in your FOXI ID account at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of your FOXI ID account after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account.
10. Namamahalang Batas
Ang mga Tuntuning ito ay pinamamahalaan ng mga batas ng State of Delaware, USA. Kung ikaw ay isang mamimili, ang mandatoryong consumer protection provisions ng iyong bansang tinitirhan ay naaangkop hangga't hindi ito maaaring i-derogate sa pamamagitan ng kasunduan, saan ka man naninirahan sa mundo. Ang karagdagang probisyong partikular sa bansa ay maaaring nakasaad sa naaangkop na Country-Specific Terms sa Legal section ng FoxiFood website.
