What is FoxiFood?
FoxiFood is a software platform that lets restaurants run their own ordering website under their own domain. Instead of paying 25–35% to delivery aggregators, you get your own ordering system with QR codes, online card payments, and a complete admin dashboard — you pay only per card transaction. You are the merchant — your customers order directly from you.
How much does FoxiFood cost?
FoxiFood has no monthly fee. You pay only per card order: 2% + €0.35 for pickup and dine-in orders, plus an additional 10% for delivery orders. Cash and bank transfer orders are completely free. There are no hidden costs.
How does QR ordering work?
You generate QR codes for each table from your admin dashboard. Print them on table stands or stickers. When customers scan the code, your menu opens in their phone's browser — no app download needed. They select items, place the order, and it goes directly to your system.
How quickly can I set up FoxiFood?
Most restaurants get their ordering website up and running within a day. Sign up, upload your menu, customize your branding, and generate QR codes. Connect your payment account and you're ready to accept orders.
What payment methods are supported?
FoxiFood supports online card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and more) as well as cash payments at the restaurant. Card payments go directly to your bank account.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes! You can connect your own custom domain (like pizza-luigi.sk) with automatic SSL certificate. Alternatively, every restaurant gets a free subdomain like [your-name].foxifood.sk.
How do FoxiFood fees compare to Wolt or Bolt Food?
Aggregators like Wolt and Bolt Food charge 25-35% commission on every order — that's 750–1,050 EUR/month for a restaurant doing 3,000 EUR in sales. With FoxiFood, you pay only 2% + €0.35 per card order for pickup/dine-in, plus 10% for delivery.
