How much does FoxiFood cost?
FoxiFood has no monthly fee. You pay only 2% + €0.35 per card transaction (pickup/dine-in). For delivery orders, an additional 10% applies. Cash and bank transfer orders are completely free. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no hidden costs.
How does FoxiFood pricing compare to Wolt or Bolt Food?
Wolt charges 25–30% commission, Bolt Food charges 25–35%, and Foodora charges 27%. FoxiFood charges just 2% + €0.35 per card order. On €3,000 monthly revenue, you save €600–770/month compared to aggregators — over €7,200/year.
Are there any hidden fees or long-term contracts?
No. FoxiFood has zero hidden fees and zero lock-in contracts. You can cancel anytime. There is no setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no penalty for leaving. The only cost is the per-transaction fee when customers pay by card.
How do payments work with FoxiFood?
Payments go directly to your Stripe-connected bank account. You are the merchant — FoxiFood never holds your money. Card payments are processed via Stripe with automatic daily payouts. Cash orders bypass the platform entirely.
Is FoxiFood really free to start?
Yes. You can sign up, set up your restaurant profile, upload your menu, and generate QR codes — all for free. You only pay the 2% + €0.35 fee when a customer places a card order. If nobody orders, you pay nothing.
What is included in the FoxiFood platform?
Everything: your own branded ordering website, QR table ordering, online ordering for delivery/pickup, menu management, kitchen display system, analytics dashboard, customer accounts, loyalty program, delivery management, staff management, inventory tracking — 36 features total, all included at no extra cost.
